Terms of Service

1. The service

Seedly is a personal reminder and habit-tracking app: you choose a stock or fund, an amount and a weekly reminder; you make any purchase yourself, at your own broker; you then log it in Seedly, which tracks your habit and shows an estimate of your holdings based on what you reported.

Seedly is not a broker, bank, investment adviser or financial intermediary. We do not execute trades, hold money or securities, give investment advice or recommend any security. All figures in the app — portfolio values, percentage changes, “if invested” projections — are illustrative estimates based on your own entries and public market data, may be inaccurate or delayed, and must not be relied on for financial decisions. Past performance shown for any stock is not a forecast.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with your email and a one-time code; keep your email account secure. One account per person. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log.

3. Founding Membership

The Founding Member programme grants lifetime access to Seedly's core features for a one-time fee (currently €50). Fees are invoiced and collected by Horvation Innovation Kft. until Seedly's own company is established, at which point the membership and its benefits are transferred to that company without any change to your rights. As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you asked us to start providing the service earlier and acknowledged that the withdrawal right is then lost; to withdraw, email contact@getseedly.app. Founding Member benefits are personal and non-transferable.

4. Your obligations

Use Seedly only for personal, lawful purposes; do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or overload our systems.

5. Availability and changes

Seedly is an early-stage product. We may change, add or remove features, and occasionally the service may be unavailable. We will try to give notice of material changes. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Seedly, its name, logo, design and software are owned by its founder and licensed to Horvation Innovation Kft. for operating the service. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the app.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seedly is provided “as is”. We are not liable for investment outcomes, for decisions you make based on information in the app, for inaccuracies in market data supplied by third parties, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms with notice where reasonable.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes: Hungarian courts, without prejudice to your right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or your local consumer authority.
